Reservation process: bookings must be made at least one hour in advance. Confirmation is given via telephone, email, live chat or WhatsApp.
Acceptable locations: we provide services exclusively in hygienic, private residences, three-star (or higher) hotels, or other suitable vetted environments. Bookings in cars, public venues, student housing, hostels or unsafe premises are not permitted.
Third-party presence: no other individuals may attend the booking unless explicitly agreed and stated in advance in a public setting. If location or conditions are deemed unsuitable, we reserve the right to cancel the session without refund.
Payment must be made within ten minutes of the escort’s arrival. Accepted methods include cash, credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard) subject to a noted surcharge. We guarantee discreet billing practices. Clients paying by card may be asked to supply photo identification and address verification to conform with legal and anti-fraud protocols.
Client cancellations: you are requested to give as much notice as possible by phone. If you cancel after the escort’s arrival a travel fee of €50 will apply.
Refunds: ordinarily we do not offer refunds unless we cannot fulfil the booking due to agency error. In the event the escort fails to meet your expectations, you may cancel within five minutes of commencement (assuming no service has begun) without charge except travel costs. The no-cancellation-fee policy does not apply if the booking exceeds ten minutes, the escort has been touched or undressed, or the escort refuses service due to hygiene, location or behaviour concerns.
Our standard rates are prominently displayed on our website and include 21% VAT. For bookings of three hours or longer, reduced rates may apply. Travel within 20 km of central Amsterdam (e.g., Dam Square) is included. For travel beyond that radius, a €0.50 per km fee will apply. Booking extensions beyond the initial agreement are billed at the standard hourly rate unless otherwise agreed.

Luxe Escort Amsterdam reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time in compliance with Dutch law. You will be notified of material changes on our website. Continued use of our site or services after modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Clients must be at least 21 years of age, and identification may be requested if there is any doubt. All information provided—name, accommodation, contact details—must be accurate and complete. New clients may be asked to complete additional verification steps, such as a deposit, hotel room verification or proof of accommodation. Direct contact with escorts outside the agency booking process is strictly prohibited.
Bookings are permitted only in safe, clean, high-quality environments. Acceptable settings include private homes or hotel accommodations of three-star quality or higher, offering a bedroom, bathroom and comfortable seating. Bookings at venues such as vehicles, sex clubs, student housing or others deemed inappropriate by the escort or agency are prohibited.
Our escorts work voluntarily and maintain full authority to refuse or end a booking if they feel unsafe or uncomfortable. Clients must not pressure or coerce escorts into acts beyond the scope agreed. All sexual activity must be consensual, lawful and protected. Clients must respect boundaries—physical, emotional and conversational—throughout the session.
Clients must not be under the influence of illegal drugs or excessive alcohol at any time during a booking. Escorts are under no obligation to consume alcohol and may terminate the booking immediately if the client appears intoxicated, unfit or unsafe.
Clients are expected to respect high standards of personal hygiene: a shower shortly before the appointment, fresh clothing, clean and neatly trimmed nails, and fresh breath. Escorts may refuse or terminate a booking if hygiene is insufficient. Additionally, the accommodation must meet standards of cleanliness with freshly laundered linens and towels.
Clients must not request personal contact information from escorts, nor attempt to photograph, film or record during the session. Escorts’ identities and private lives must remain confidential. The escort must be treated as an articulate companion, not simply a service provider; bookings are intended to foster respectful companionship in a discreet, refined manner.
Full payment must be made as agreed, in the form indicated, before or at the commencement of the session. Attempting to renegotiate the rate upon arrival, to pay less than agreed, or to compare escorts against one another will not be tolerated.
The escort or agency may refuse or terminate a booking if the client is disrespectful, threatening, the location is unsafe or unhygienic, or if the client appears intoxicated or medically unwell. In these cases no refund will be provided.
Our aim is to maintain the highest quality of service. If you have a complaint, please contact us immediately at +316 177 33 155 or via our contact page. Complaints must be submitted within 24 hours of the booking, including full details (escort name, date/time, nature of complaint). We will investigate and endeavour to respond within 48 hours. In the event the dispute cannot be resolved through our internal procedure, we may proceed to third-party mediation or refer to Dutch courts; the laws of the Netherlands apply.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. By using our website or services you acknowledge you have read, understood and agreed to these terms. Should any provision be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Statement (see our link to the privacy-statement page), constitute the entire agreement between you and Luxe Escort Amsterdam.
