Customer House Rules

At Luxe Escort Service, the safety, dignity, and well-being of both clients and escorts are our top priority. These House Rules outline the standards of conduct required of all clients. By booking with us, you agree to abide by these rules in full. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the booking, refusal of future services, and, if necessary, reporting to law enforcement.

1. Booking Eligibility & Verification

• Clients must be at least 21 years old and may be asked to present valid identification.
• All information provided during booking (name, accommodation, contact details) must be accurate and complete.
• New clients may be required to complete additional verification steps (deposit, hotel room verification, proof of accommodation).
• Bookings must always be made through the agency – direct contact with escorts is strictly prohibited.

2. Approved Booking Locations

Bookings are only permitted in safe, private, and suitable environments:

• Permitted: private, clean, and well-maintained homes or hotel accommodations of minimum three-star quality, including private bedroom, bathroom, and sufficient seating.
• Prohibited: vehicles, student housing, dormitories, hostels, shelters, rendezvous hotels, sex cinemas, sex clubs, poorly maintained properties, or unsafe/high-risk neighborhoods.
• If a hotel room lacks proper seating, initial meetings may take place in a hotel bar or lounge.
• The client bears full responsibility for ensuring the environment meets these conditions.

3. Respect, Consent, and Safety

• Escorts work voluntarily and reserve the right to refuse or end a booking at any time without explanation.
• Clients must never pressure, coerce, or manipulate an escort into acts beyond her consent or the law.
• All sexual activity must be consensual, safe, and protected. The following are forbidden:
  • Unprotected oral, vaginal, or anal sex
  • Ejaculation in the mouth or on the face
  • Any form of genital contact without protection
• Respect for boundaries – physical, emotional, and conversational – is mandatory.

4. Substance Use

• Clients must not be under the influence of illegal drugs or excessive alcohol during appointments.
• Escorts may not be pressured to consume alcohol or drugs.
• Escorts are entitled to end the booking immediately if the client is visibly intoxicated, unfit, or unsafe.

5. Personal Hygiene

Clients must uphold high standards of personal hygiene:

• Showering shortly before the appointment
• Fresh breath, clean genitals, and clean, trimmed nails
• Freshly laundered clothing
  Failure to maintain hygiene may result in service refusal.

6. Accommodation Hygiene

• Clients must provide clean, odor-free, freshly laundered linens, towels, and washcloths.
• Laundry standards:
  • Washed daily and at 60°C if in contact with bodily fluids
  • Dried and properly stored
• Soiled items must be kept in a closed container; gloves (EN374 standard, powder-free) should be used when handling them.
• Escorts may decline bookings where accommodation hygiene is insufficient.

7. Client Responsibilities

Privacy & Confidentiality

• Clients must never attempt to exchange or request private contact information (phone, email, social media) from escorts.
• No photos, videos, or recordings are permitted during or after the booking.
• Clients may not search, touch, or inspect escorts’ belongings.
• Escorts’ identities and private lives must remain strictly confidential.

Behavior During Bookings

• Escorts must remain reachable by the agency throughout the appointment.
• Clients may not isolate or restrict escorts’ movement or access to communication.
• Bookings are intended to foster respectful companionship, not only physical intimacy – escorts must be treated as equals at all times.

Health & Medical Disclosure

• Clients must disclose any known medical conditions, infections, or STIs that may impact the booking.
• If an escort reasonably suspects a client is ill or contagious, service may be refused.

8. Payment & Financial Conduct

• Clients must pay the full agreed fee upfront, in the agreed form, before the session begins.
• Haggling, bargaining during the booking, or attempting to avoid full payment will not be tolerated.
• Do not pit escorts against one another or attempt to create comparison or competition.

9. The 10 Golden Rules

1. Always use a condom.
2. Make clear, honest agreements in advance.
3. Respect the escort’s boundaries at all times.
4. Pay the agreed price — no negotiation.
5. Do not compare or manipulate escorts.
6. Maintain excellent personal hygiene.
7. Avoid drugs and excessive alcohol.
8. Be calm, kind, and courteous.
9. Accept that expectations may differ.
10. Do not cause disturbance or nuisance to others.

10. Refusal of Service

An escort may immediately refuse or terminate a booking if:

• The client is disrespectful, threatening, or breaches these rules.
• The environment is unsafe or unhygienic.
• The client appears intoxicated or unwell.

11. Reporting Abuse or Crime

We strongly encourage both clients and escorts to report concerns:

• To the agency directly (for immediate action and safety support).
• Externally via:

  • Local police in cases of human trafficking, coercion, violence, or other crimes.

Reports may include:

• Suspected human trafficking or coercion
• Violence, threats, or harassment
• Drug dealing or illegal activity
